儲(chǔ) 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Nestin is a Class VI intermediate filament expressed in the developing central nervous system (CNS) in early embryonic neuroepithelial stem cells. This protein has been widely used as a predominant marker for stem / progenitor cells, glioma cells, and tumor endothelial cells in the mammalian CNS. Furthermore, it is a superior angiogenic marker to evaluate neovascularity of endothelial cells in tumor.
Function:
Required for brain and eye development (By similarity). Promotes the disassembly of phosphorylated vimentin intermediate filaments (IF) during mitosis and may play a role in the trafficking and distribution of IF proteins and other cellular factors to daughter cells during progenitor cell division. Required for survival, renewal and mitogen-stimulated proliferation of neural progenitor cells.
Subunit:
Forms homodimers and homotetramers in vitro. In mixtures with other intermediate filament proteins such as vimentin and alpha-internexin, this protein preferentially forms heterodimers which can assemble to form intermediate filaments if nestin does not exceed 25%. Interacts with FHOD3.

FE65抗體溶解方法：
1、在我們公司購(gòu)買(mǎi)抗體后，查看標(biāo)簽上的規(guī)格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、 以規(guī)格為0.1ml的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無(wú)需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加0.1ml雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存；
若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格一致的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，再加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存； 若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
3、抗體的分裝
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10支（以0.1mlFE65抗體為例，20ulx5支或 10ulx10支），-20℃保存，用一支取一支，避免反復(fù)凍溶。
另：預(yù)試驗(yàn)可做幾個(gè)梯度1：100、1：200、1：400稀釋?zhuān)绻尘案?，還可再稀釋?zhuān)x一個(gè)*佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果*好。工作液可用“抗體稀釋液”稀釋。
后續(xù)試驗(yàn)時(shí)，再使用對(duì)應(yīng)的緩沖液稀釋成工作液，即用即配。
我們的抗體（凍干粉），在常溫放置下，至少一個(gè)月有效；若在-20℃下保存（推薦），至少三年有效。
