Model 300四探針方阻測試儀 Four Point Probe APPENDICES（附件：技術(shù)協(xié)議） 
4D 300 是用來自動(dòng)測量晶片或者導(dǎo)電薄膜的方阻，測試范圍從 0.001 到800000 Ohm/sq，并且可以擴(kuò)展到 8 e8 Ohm/sq 歐姆或者 8e11 Ohm/sq。測試樣片包括金屬薄膜，侵蝕，擴(kuò)散，離子注入和多晶硅薄膜等。該設(shè)備根據(jù)客戶的需求有多種測試方法，并且有厚度，溫度等修正選項(xiàng)功能，測試數(shù)據(jù)可以分析作圖。
