5.應(yīng)用條件 5.1適用介質(zhì) 純凈度：液體中不能充滿氣泡、不能懸浮大量固體（如結(jié)晶物）、罐底部不能有大量沉淀物。 粘度：動(dòng)力粘度＜30mPa·S。 5.2常用被測(cè)容器 材質(zhì)：密實(shí)性材料，如：碳鋼、不銹鋼、各種硬金屬、玻璃鋼、硬塑料、陶瓷或其他復(fù)合材料等。安裝探頭處的容器壁為多層材料時(shí)，則要求層間必須緊密接觸，無氣泡和氣體夾層，容器壁內(nèi)、外表面應(yīng)平整。 罐型：臥罐、球罐、立罐、槽罐等。 壁厚：2～70mm； 5.3儀表安裝環(huán)境 液化氣液位計(jì)儀表采用隔爆設(shè)計(jì)，允許的工作環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)在-30℃～+55℃范圍內(nèi)。在北部等寒涼地區(qū)使用，冬季建議加保溫措施；在南部等溫度較高、陽光直射強(qiáng)烈的地區(qū)，建議安裝在陰涼通風(fēng)處或使用遮陽板，避免儀表因內(nèi)部溫度過高而減少使用壽命。 6.液化氣液位計(jì)安裝及接線 6.1儀表主機(jī)安裝示意圖
