一、設(shè)計(jì)思路 A, design thinking

技術(shù)先進(jìn)、美觀實(shí)用、節(jié)能降耗、注重環(huán)保、**可靠，正確處理投資和運(yùn)行費(fèi)用的關(guān)系，正確處理現(xiàn)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)與工藝要求的關(guān)系，正確處理建工熱工設(shè)計(jì)和空調(diào)氣流組織的關(guān)系。設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)高精度大型恒溫恒濕科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，要嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國(guó)家新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)際先進(jìn)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，做到與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)慣例接軌，實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的先進(jìn)性，科學(xué)技術(shù)的實(shí)用性，設(shè)備運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性，實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)進(jìn)步的可靠性，測(cè)檢技術(shù)的可操作性，滿足新設(shè)備、新技術(shù)多樣性的使用要求。

The design, construction high-precision large themostatic science laboratory, we must strictly enforce new national standard and international advanced standards, accomplish with international standard practice, realizing the advanced standards, science and technology is practical, equipment operation performance of laboratory technology progress, the reliability of the measurement inspection technology maneuverability, meet new equipment, new technology diversity of use requirement.
