TheR&S®RTM2000oscilloscopes' sampling rate of up to 5Gsample/s makes it possible to accurately measure the timing of logic signals. Since the signals can be precisely time-referenced to one another, timing and clock errors can be detected with greater ease, e.g. on serial or parallel bus signals. TheR&S®RTM2000oscilloscopes use the high sampling rate over the entire acquisition time, ensuring high time resolution even for long acquisition cycles.
