All eukaryotic
cells express Actin, which often constitutes as much as 50% of total cellular
protein. Actin filaments can form both stable and labile structures and are
crucial components of microvilli and the contractile apparatus of muscle
cells. While lower eukaryotes, such as yeast, have only one Actin gene,
higher eukaryotes have several isoforms encoded by a family of genes. At
least six types of Actin are present in mammalian tissues and fall into three
classes. α-Actin expression is limited to various types of
muscle, whereas –β and γ-Actin
are the principle constituents of filaments in other tissues. Members of the
small GTPase family regulate the organization of the Actin cytoskeleton. Rho
controls the assembly of Actin stress fibers and focal adhesion. Rac
regulates Actin filament accumulation at the plasma membrane. Cdc42
stimulates formation of filopodia.

保存條件:
alpha smooth
muscle Actin Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody -20℃保存，Western一抗稀釋液-20℃或4℃保存，一年有效。Western一抗稀釋液優(yōu)先推薦4℃保存，長期不使用可以考慮-20℃保存，但凍融可能會導致出現輕微的渾濁和少量不溶物。
注意事項:
如果本抗體用于Western blot (WB)、**熒光(IF)、**細胞化學(ICC)等實驗，請注意回收使用過的稀釋抗體?；厥盏目贵w通常至少可以重復使用5-10次。稀釋后的抗體，包括已經使用過的稀釋抗體，請4℃保存。
回收后重復使用的抗體，使用方法同新鮮稀釋的抗體。如果在重復使用過程中發(fā)現抗體出現輕微混濁現象，可以10,000g離心1-3分鐘，取上清用于后續(xù)檢測。如果回收的抗體出現明顯的絮狀物或長霉長菌等情況，則可以考慮廢棄該抗體。
提供的Western一抗稀釋液也可以用于**熒光(IF)、**組化(IHC)、**細胞化學(ICC)等適當用途。如果希望獲得*佳的檢測效果，請考慮使用上述檢測專用的一抗稀釋液。
