Cell adhesion
molecules are a family of closely related cell surface glycoproteins involved
in cell-cell interactions during growth and are thought to play an important
role in embryogenesis and development. Neuronal cell adhesion molecule (NCAM)
expression is observed in a variety of human tumors including neuroblastomas,
rhabdomyosarcomas, Wilms' tumors, Ewing's sarcomas and some primitive myeloid
malignancies. The intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), also referred
to as CD54, is an integral membrane protein of the immunoglobulin superfamily
and recognizes the B2а1 and B2аM integrins. PECAM-1
(platelet/endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1), also referred to as CD31, is
a glycoprotein expressed on the cell surfaces of monocytes, neutrophils,
platelets and a subpopulation of T cells. VCAM-1 (vascular cell adhesion
molecule-1) was first identified as an adhesion molecule induced on human
endothelial cells by inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1, tumor necrosis
factor (TNF) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The KALIG gene encodes a nerve
cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) -like protein and is deleted in 66% of patients
with Kallmann's syndrome, anosmia with secondary hypogonadism.

保存條件:
VCAM1 Rabbit
Monoclonal Antibody -20℃保存，Western一抗稀釋液-20℃或4℃保存，一年有效。Western一抗稀釋液優(yōu)先推薦4℃保存，長期不使用可以考慮-20℃保存，但凍融可能會導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)輕微的渾濁和少量不溶物。
注意事項(xiàng):
如果本抗體用于Western blot (WB)、**熒光(IF)、**細(xì)胞化學(xué)(ICC)等實(shí)驗(yàn)，請注意回收使用過的稀釋抗體。回收的抗體通常至少可以重復(fù)使用5-10次。稀釋后的抗體，包括已經(jīng)使用過的稀釋抗體，請4℃保存。
回收后重復(fù)使用的抗體，使用方法同新鮮稀釋的抗體。如果在重復(fù)使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)抗體出現(xiàn)輕微混濁現(xiàn)象，可以10,000g離心1-3分鐘，取上清用于后續(xù)檢測。如果回收的抗體出現(xiàn)明顯的絮狀物或長霉長菌等情況，則可以考慮廢棄該抗體。
提供的Western一抗稀釋液也可以用于**熒光(IF)、**組化(IHC)、**細(xì)胞化學(xué)(ICC)等適當(dāng)用途。如果希望獲得*佳的檢測效果，請考慮使用上述檢測專用的一抗稀釋液。
