廣宿主穿梭質(zhì)粒pBBR1MCS-spe是基于質(zhì)粒pBBR1MCS構(gòu)建的[1],該質(zhì)粒是由Kovach等構(gòu)建,已經(jīng)證實可以在許多革蘭氏陰性菌中進(jìn)行復(fù)制[2],包括Acetobacter xylinum、Alcaligenes eutrophus、Bartonella bacilliformis、百日咳桿菌(Bordetella spp.)、布魯氏菌(Brucella spp.)、Caulobacter crescentus、大腸桿菌、Paracoccous denitrificans、熒光假單胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)、惡臭假單胞菌(P. putida)、苜蓿根瘤菌(Rhizobium meliloti)、R. leguminosarum by. Viciae、球形紅假單胞菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides)、鼠傷寒沙門氏菌(Salmonella typhimurium)、霍亂弧菌(Vibrio cholerae)和Xanthomonas campestris等。
