        pCold-SUMO質(zhì)粒是利用冷休克基因CSPA啟動(dòng)子設(shè)計(jì)高效率蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)載體。在E.COLI啟動(dòng)子下游處,插入了lac操縱子,以便嚴(yán)格控制表達(dá)。此外,5’非翻譯區(qū)(5’UTR),翻譯增強(qiáng)元件(TEE),His標(biāo)簽序列,Xa因子切割位點(diǎn)和多克隆位點(diǎn)(MCS)位于CAPS啟動(dòng)子的下游。當(dāng)培養(yǎng)溫度切換到低溫時(shí),大腸桿菌暫時(shí)停止生長(zhǎng),大部分的大腸桿菌蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)減少,但是一類稱為冷休克蛋白的蛋白質(zhì)被特異性誘導(dǎo)表達(dá)。
