本試棒是用于檢驗(yàn)防止人體觸及危險(xiǎn)部件的試具。此試具也有用于防止手持工具觸及的防護(hù)檢驗(yàn)。

1.根據(jù)GB/T4208-2008、IEC61032:1997、IEC60529:2001及UL等相應(yīng)條款制作而成。

2.C類試驗(yàn)探棒（C類試驗(yàn)針）是進(jìn)行家用和類似用途電器防觸電保護(hù)試驗(yàn)的必備器具。

技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1、探棒長(zhǎng)度：100mm

2、探棒直徑：2.5mm

3、檔球直徑：35mm

4、手柄直徑：10mm

5、手柄長(zhǎng)度：100mm

6、根據(jù)IEC61032圖3(Test probe C) 、GB/T4208-2008表6（一位特征數(shù)字3）。

三、使用方法：如圖所示，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)指的關(guān)節(jié)部分不能觸及帶電部件或不能接近危險(xiǎn)部件，并且35mm的圓擋板不能進(jìn)入。

防止接近危險(xiǎn)部件的試驗(yàn)要求中，C、D型試驗(yàn)探棒需帶3±0.3N N或1±0.1N推力。

注意：不帶推力產(chǎn)品請(qǐng)配合推拉力計(jì)使用。

Application:

1,  Standard test refers to the joint part can't touch the live parts or close to the dangerous parts, and 35mm circular baffle can not be enter .

2,  In the test requirement for preventing access to the hazardous parts,  Test Probe C/D need to be with push force 3±0.3N or 1±0.1N

Purpose:

This probe is intended to verify the basic protection against access to hazardous parts. It's also used to verify the protection against access with a tool.

Note:For the without force products,please use with the dynamometer.
