1:General description微量氮分析儀概述

The SERVOPRO PLASMA Analyzer is an instrument for measuring 0 to 100 ppm nitrogen in argon . This analyzer is designed to work with pure gas.（K2001微量氮分析儀是用來測量純氬中的微量氮的）

The utility power supply must be stable and transient-free for a reliable operation of the analyzer. The system has two fuses . 操作流程：

All analyzer function are controlled through different menu options. The following figures in this section show the overall menu structure.

At power on, the analyzer displays the MAIN MENU（上電開機(jī)后主菜單如下圖）：

a: F1-You have to decide whether or not to use “automatic ranging”(選擇是否啟用自動量程)。

b: You enter your desired sample flow value simply by using the number keys and confirming your value with the “E” key for enter . The flow unit is cc/m.（直接用鍵盤數(shù)字輸入流量，單位是毫升每分鐘）

c: F2-by pressing the “F2” key, the analog 4-20 mA output（選擇4-20mA輸出模式）。
