我司維修美國(guó)Spectronics（簡(jiǎn)稱SP）公司生產(chǎn)的光譜Spectroline系列MODEL FC-100 /FA 、SB-100P /FA高強(qiáng)度紫外線燈 高壓汞燈式紫外線探傷燈的燈泡壽命為800-5000小時(shí)，此類型探傷燈啟動(dòng)時(shí)間為5-10分鐘，關(guān)閉后仍然要等待大約5分鐘才能啟動(dòng)，所以不要頻繁開關(guān)機(jī)。此類型探傷燈在工作期間嚴(yán)禁晃動(dòng)燈頭，否則燈泡易燒毀。同時(shí)，如果供電電壓不穩(wěn)，同樣會(huì)造成燈泡損壞。此類型探傷燈的安定器為高壓電路，燈泡啟動(dòng)電壓在5000v左右。如果不亮，請(qǐng)先用萬(wàn)用表檢查電源插座電壓是否正常，再檢查探傷燈保險(xiǎn)是否導(dǎo)通，如果都正常，更換全新燈泡測(cè)試，新燈泡如果不亮，那確定是安定器穩(wěn)壓器損壞，請(qǐng)聯(lián)我司維修工程師。
