氮吹儀的介紹
氮吹儀是采用惰性氣體對加熱樣液進行吹掃，使待處理樣品迅速濃縮，達到快速分離純化的效果。該方法操作簡便，尤其可以同時處理多個樣品，大大縮短了檢測時間。被廣泛應(yīng)用于農(nóng)殘檢測，制藥行業(yè)和通用研究中的樣品批量處理。
Pressured gas blowing concentrators carry on inert gases blowing on the heating samples, concentrate the samples repidly, in order to achieve fast seperation efforts. Especially they can operate muti-samples simultaneously, shorten testing time. They are widely used in detect pesticide residues, pharmacy and muti-samples experiment in general areas.
1. 每個氣道都可同時或獨立控制，升降高度可根據(jù)試管高度自由調(diào)節(jié)。
Every air passage is capable of operating simultaneously or independently. The users can adjust freely according to the height of tube.
2. 選取智能溫控器，數(shù)字顯示，PID調(diào)節(jié)，溫控范圍從室溫+5-150℃，完全滿足實驗需要，且設(shè)有上限溫度報警功能，使操作更加**。

KL-512型氮吹儀
成都雅源科技有限公司研發(fā)的KL512氮吹儀其工作原理是將氮氣快速、連續(xù)、可控地吹到加熱樣品表面，實現(xiàn)大量樣品的快速濃縮。它由底盤、中心桿、樣品定位架、配氣系統(tǒng)等構(gòu)成。試管由定位架彈簧和托盤固定，樣品位有數(shù)字標(biāo)識。氣體通過可調(diào)流量計到達配氣系統(tǒng)，再經(jīng)彈性軟管到各樣品位針閥管，針閥管可根據(jù)試管尺寸和溶劑量分別上下調(diào)整，*后氣體由針頭吹向溶液表面，致使溶劑快速蒸發(fā)。
