自行車鞍座鞍管振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)
TC-029 Saddle-seat and saddle-pipe vibration testing machine
將試件按測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求固定于測試臺(tái)上，完全模擬自行車在騎行過程中鞍座的振動(dòng)幅度，根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)定振動(dòng)次數(shù),觀察鞍座在經(jīng)過一定的振動(dòng)次數(shù)后有無發(fā)生斷裂或裂痕，試件試驗(yàn)次數(shù)到達(dá),機(jī)臺(tái)會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī)并保留測試結(jié)果。
Fixed the test items on inspection table, simulating, absolutely, the oscillation amplitude of saddle-seat of bicycle in riding process, by setting standard vibration times to observe if the saddle-seat have rupture or chasm after some vibration times, the machine will stop automatically with testing result when the testing times of the items reached.
