童車跌落試驗機
TC-020 Children’s car dropping testing machine
主要用來測試童車經(jīng)撞擊產(chǎn)生的破壞程度.
Mainly to test damage stastus of children’s car after impact
1.先將測試物品放在測試平臺上。
1. Putting the test items on inspection table
2. 根據(jù)測試要求選擇砝碼組。
2,Choosing weight group as test requirement
3.擰松自動感應(yīng)開關(guān)，按上下移動來調(diào)節(jié)測試高度，然后擰緊。
3,Loosing automatic sensor switch, pressing up or down to adjust test height, then tighten it.
4.選擇測試啟動方式：

（1）如選擇自動方式：先調(diào)節(jié)此機上的計數(shù)器1，2，3，4來設(shè)置測試次數(shù)。
然后按自動鍵，進入測試狀態(tài)。
(1) Automatic mode: Adjust the counter1,2,3,4 to set test times, then press automatic button to enter test status
（2）如選擇手動啟動方式：按手柄控制器上的上下鍵來提起砝碼組合上升到測試高度，然后按釋放鍵，進入測試狀態(tài)。
(2) Manual mode: Press the up or down of handle controller to lift up weight group to the test height, then press release key to enter test status.
5.測試完成后觀察測試物品被撞擊破壞程度。
5.Observing the breaking level of impaction of the test items after test.
