電子稱內(nèi)部校準(zhǔn)規(guī)程

1        目的 對電子稱進(jìn)行內(nèi)部校準(zhǔn)，確保其準(zhǔn)確度和適用性保持完好。

2         范圍 適用于調(diào)配方時所使用的電子稱（0～300g）。

3        校準(zhǔn)用基準(zhǔn)物質(zhì) 外校合格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼。

4        環(huán)境條件 室溫。

5        校準(zhǔn)步驟

5．1 清潔被校電子稱載物臺，進(jìn)行歸零。

5．2分別使用10，20，50，100，（100＋100），（100＋100 ＋50＋20＋20＋10）g的砝碼進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)。每個重量讀數(shù)三次取平均，記錄載《內(nèi)校記錄表》中。

5．3根據(jù)下式計算誤差：                △（％）=（G-g）/G×100 式中：G---標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼示值；       g---電子稱讀值。

5．4所有校準(zhǔn)值的誤差均在±1％以內(nèi)，判校準(zhǔn)合格。
