6430B及6440B 提供生產(chǎn)線上用的快速電容自動(dòng)測(cè)試功能.操作者可選擇任何參數(shù), 并一次可設(shè)定*多以8種不同的頻率來(lái)量測(cè)待測(cè)物, 并可設(shè)定篩選分類(lèi)功能.量測(cè)結(jié)果可經(jīng)由GPIB送出資料或經(jīng)由印表機(jī)列印.
測(cè)試可由外部開(kāi)關(guān)觸發(fā), GPIB, 或面板按鍵啟動(dòng)并以高速且穩(wěn)定的動(dòng)作完成測(cè)試且將測(cè)試及分類(lèi)結(jié)果經(jīng)由GPIB送出.
測(cè)試結(jié)果 Pass/Fail 統(tǒng)計(jì)可由LCD上一目了然. 更可經(jīng)由連接的印表機(jī)輸出或經(jīng)由GPIB傳送資料.
