RT2 Profiler PCR Array操作流程
首先將RNA樣本反轉(zhuǎn)錄成cDNA鏈，作為PCR模板；接著將cDNA模板與合適的即用型PCR預(yù)混液混合，等體積加入到已經(jīng)固定好基因特異性引物的同一個孔板的每個孔中，然后即可運行real-time PCR循環(huán)程序。RT2 Profiler PCR Arrays可與所有QIAGEN、ABI、Bio-Rad、Eppendorf、Roche和Stratagene的儀器兼容。
靈活的布局和對照
RT2 Profiler PCR Arrays有96孔板、384孔板和100孔盤等規(guī)格，可檢測84或370個與**或通路相關(guān)的基因，外加5個管家基因。每個RT2 Profiler PCR Array還包括以下對照因素：
數(shù)據(jù)標準化、基因組DNA污染檢測、RNA樣品質(zhì)量 、總體PCR性能。
易用的數(shù)據(jù)分析
