用法：取本品39.4g,加熱溶解于500ml蒸餾水中，分裝三角瓶,每瓶100ml，116℃高壓滅20分鐘,冷至50-55℃時，加入100ml 2%血紅蛋白液和1支TM抑劑（含萬古600ug，多粘素E1500U，制霉素2500U和TMP1mg）混勻，傾入無平皿
