What's the nano optical film？
顧名思義，膜層是由納米級(jí)光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成的，通過紫外曝光技術(shù)的方式將納米級(jí)光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)均勻的涂布在獨(dú)立的基材的一面或者兩面，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)納米級(jí)別的對(duì)光的角度控制和調(diào)整。
As the name implies, the film is composed of nanoscale optical structure, which are uniformly coated on one or both sides of individual substrates using ultraviolet exposure techniques, thereby achieving nanoscale control and adjustment of light angles.

納米光學(xué)膜，每一束光都有方向。
「拉伸納米光學(xué)膜」
Linear Nano Optical Film
拉伸光學(xué)膜，從配光上看，就是保持0-180度方向光線不變，同時(shí)控制90-270度光線方向，簡(jiǎn)單的理解就是可以將光斑的形狀變成條狀或者近似長(zhǎng)方形或者正方形的形狀。當(dāng)然因基礎(chǔ)角度不同以及拉伸膜規(guī)格不同，各自適配之后的角度也會(huì)有不同。下面我用我們螢火系列一個(gè)20度方形來舉例說明。
For the Linear optical film, from the perspective of light distribution, it maintains the light in the 0 - 180 degree direction unchanged while controlling the light direction in the 90 - 270 degree direction. To put it simply, it can change the shape of the light spot into a strip or an approximately rectangular shape. Of course, due to different base angles and different specifications of the stretched film, the angles after respective adaptations will also vary. Now, let me take a 20-degree square in our Firefly series as an example for illustration.
「產(chǎn)品規(guī)格」
Specification
目前拉伸膜有四種規(guī)格：
1.兩種是單面膜（正面有拉伸納米光學(xué)微結(jié)構(gòu)，背面無任何光學(xué)微結(jié)構(gòu)）。
2.兩種是雙面膜（正面有拉伸納米微結(jié)構(gòu)，背面有霧度80的擴(kuò)散光學(xué)微結(jié)構(gòu)）。
Currently, there are four specifications for the Linear Optical film:
1.Two of them are single-sided film (with linear nano-optical microstructures on the front side and no optical microstructures on the back side).
2.Two of them are double-sided film (with linear nano-microstructures on the front side and diffusive optical microstructures with a haze of 80 on the back side).

卷柔新技術(shù)擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線【sol-gel溶膠凝膠法鍍膜線】，這條生產(chǎn)線能夠生產(chǎn)全球先進(jìn)的減反射玻璃。鍍膜版面可達(dá)到2440*3660mm，玻璃厚度從0.3mm到12mm都可以,另外針對(duì)PC,PMMA方面的增透膜也具有量產(chǎn)生產(chǎn)能力。ARcoating減反膜基本接近無色,色彩還原性好，并且可以避免了磁控濺射的缺點(diǎn)，鍍完增透膜后玻璃可以做熱彎處理和鋼化處理以及DIP打印處理。這個(gè)難度和具有很好的應(yīng)用性，新意突出，實(shí)用性突出，濕法鍍膜在價(jià)格方面也均優(yōu)于真空磁控的干法。
卷柔減反射(AR)玻璃的特點(diǎn):高透,膜層無色,膜硬度高,抗老化性強(qiáng)(耐候性強(qiáng)于玻璃),玻璃長(zhǎng)期使用存放不發(fā)霉,且有一定的自潔效果.AR增透減反膜玻璃產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于**文博展示、低反射幕墻、廣告機(jī)玻璃、節(jié)能燈具蓋板玻璃、液晶顯示器保護(hù)玻璃等多行業(yè)。
