ESS-2000AX是日本 NOISEKEN公司*新推出的型號(hào),可以替代已停產(chǎn)的ESS-2000靜電放電發(fā)生器.
ESS-2000AX/TC-815R ESS-2000AX在接觸和空氣放電模式下均產(chǎn)生30kV的放電脈沖。它滿足IEC61000-4-2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，主機(jī)有一塊5英寸的LCD顯示屏、數(shù)字輸入鍵、一個(gè)很輕的放電槍和GP-IB接口。配合多種電容和電阻放電單元，可方便地在槍內(nèi)更換，可編程操作提供了四種試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｊ健?

GENERAL
The ESS-2000AX ESD Simulator generates highly consistent, repeatable ESD pulses up to 30kV in both contact and air discharge modes. Compliant with IEC61000-4-2 standard, the unit features a 5.7-inch display, a lightweight gun and optic serial interface.
A variety of capacitor and resistor units are available and are easily changeable within the gun. The fully- programmable, menu-driven simulator offers three trigger modes.
