ROR-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒（RORβ luciferase reporter plasmid）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)RORβ轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。RORβ(retinoic acid-related orphan receptor-beta) 是類(lèi)固醇受體超家族中的一員，主要在大腦、視網(wǎng)膜和松果體內(nèi)高表達(dá)。
RORβ-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒主要應(yīng)用于Retinoid-Related Orphan Receptor Beta信號(hào)通路、**研究、相關(guān)基因的調(diào)控和功能的研究。
