對于電池溫度沖擊及溫度測試循環(huán)及溫濕度循環(huán)測試要求，各個標準都有明確規(guī)定，例如現(xiàn)行比較權(quán)威的測試標準UN38.3  作了如下規(guī)定：

test procedure:  test cells and batteries are to be stored forat least six hours at a test temperature equal to 75 ±2℃, follwedby storage for at least six hours at a test temperature equal to-40±2℃. The max time intervall between test temperature extremes is30 minutes . This procedure is to be repeated 10 times, afterwhich  all test cells and batteries are to be stored for 24hours at ambient temperature (20±5℃). For large cells and batteriesthe duration of exposure to the test temperature extremes should beat least 12hours .


在75±2℃和-40±2℃的條件下，進行高低溫沖擊試驗，在極限溫度中存放時間≥6h，高低溫轉(zhuǎn)換時間≤30min(即降溫速率<=4℃/分鐘），沖擊循環(huán)10次，然后室溫（20±5℃）存放24h，試驗總時間至少一周。

符合UN38.3 標準規(guī)定的溫度沖擊試驗機， 對高低溫試驗箱的要**：高低溫轉(zhuǎn)換時間≤30min(即降溫速率<=4℃/分鐘），常用的高低溫箱，降溫時間為1℃/分鐘.
