概況/設(shè)計原理: 

830系列設(shè)計用于液體或氣體的濕/濕壓差測量。它們安裝有快速反應(yīng)電容傳感器，反應(yīng)可比傳統(tǒng)液體填充型變送器快大約20倍。傳感器和信號處理電子線路相連，可獲得很高精度、和壓力成比例的線性模擬輸出?？商峁﹩蜗蚝碗p向模塊，線路壓力可達(dá)250psi。這些元件具有放氣口，可以消除線路和壓力腔的所有空氣. 

工作原理:
