摘 要 介紹了用鹽酸,硝酸溶解鎳基高溫合金樣品,用石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定合金中痕量元素硒的方法,對石墨爐的工作參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,考察了介質(zhì)酸度、共存元素的影響,對工作曲線用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列進(jìn)行了基體匹配,并對回收率及方法的精密度進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明本方法適用于鎳基高溫合金中硒的分析,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠,RSD<10%,回收率85%-110%。

Abstract GFAAS was used for the direct determination of Selenium in nickel base Superalloys,the instrument parameterswere discussed and optimized,the standard solutions are matched to eliminate the influences of matrix and coexist elements
.The method applies to the determination of trace Selenium in nickel base superalloys. The result is accurate and reliable, whichcan meet the needs of the practical determination. RSD is less than 10% and the recovery is from 85% to 110%.

1 引 言
硒的含量對鎳基高溫合金材料的力學(xué)性能有重要影響,準(zhǔn)確測定鎳基高溫合金中硒的含量是控制合金質(zhì)量的必要手段,硒的測定有原子熒光法、氫化物發(fā)生原子吸收光譜法和極譜法等[1-2],采用石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定硒的含量也有報(bào)道[3-4],主要是對水、生物和環(huán)境樣品等中的硒,本文采用石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定鎳基高溫合金中的硒,試樣用鹽酸,硝酸溶
解后,加入檸檬酸絡(luò)合鎢、鉬等元素,用石墨爐原子吸收光譜法直接測定硒,進(jìn)行了儀器測量條件選擇試驗(yàn),準(zhǔn)確度與精密度試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,方法簡便快速,準(zhǔn)確可靠。
